over ran appointment by 1hr. but well worth the wait for clinical excellence
I should like to thank Dr Brett and his staff for the excellent treatment and care that I received during my visit to the Norfolk and Norwich on June 1st
I feel extremely lucky to live in Norfolk and that this is my local hospital. The staff and facilities are amazing. Myself and my family have always received excellent service and treatment from all of the departments/staff that we have been to.
Thank you!
Would like to give huge thanks to staff nurse Ian in the Hethal ward. And great thanks to all nurses and carers in Colltishall ward. Who helped me through and aided my recovery. No one wants to spend time in hospital, I was in there for over two weeks but couldn't ask for better care. Thanks again to you all you have a tough job and some how keep a smile. Craig Briggs and family
Couldn't recommend it more
All the staff were friendly and caring. everything was explained to me fully and felt much better about my stay. I cannot fault anything from the cleaners who did a great job, to the nurses and students. This is a great hospital, the food was very good with plenty of choice. I cannot imagine a hospital better than this, even a private one. If I have to come back for treatment I will not be as anxious as I know the good service and treatment I will get. Thanks to everyone.
Visited this hospital recently, fairly frequently, to accompany someone receiving chemotherapy - staff were always caring and excellent, despite heavy workload.
Most recent visit was for my own treatment. So far, every meeting/appointment has been a) a timely response from referral by GP and b) very reassuring of the care and treatment that may be needed.
I attended A&E after self harming badly on my left arm. I met one really lovely doctor, and from there it just went awfully. The first doctor told me he would staple my arm without anaesthetic because it was self inflicted so I would enjoy the pain, and the second shoddily dressed my arm whilst going on about how I shouldn't do this because I'm young. Didn't get to speak to any mental health professional despite being in a bad way. Today the dressing has already come off and he wound has reopened. Awful.
I really am disappointed in the care given to one of my clients. It seems everything was such a drama whe simple things were asked for and everything was too much trouble.
I know staff is short, but it's hardly the patients fault. With the recent article in the EDP perhaps your CEO should get a taste of the poor treatmentforced on some of your patients
Nice clean hospital, all staff I have come across are very professional and polite
